Advocate Gagan Katyayaan recently represented our firm on Akashvani Lucknow’s well-respected program ‘’Kanoon ki Baat’’, to discuss the pressing issue of child labour laws in India. He provided valuable insights into the legal framework provided to combat this issue, the challenges that arise while enforcing it, and the proactive steps that can be taken by the State, and we, as a society, to eradicate this social evil. He emphasized the importance of public awareness and stronger measures to ensure a safer and brighter future for children.

Delving into the intricacies of Article 21, our associate Advocate Shriya Ojha recently featured on Akashvani’s program ‘’Kanoon ki Baat’’ where she turned a complex law into an accessible conversation. Bringing one of the most important fundamental rights provided to every Indian under the Constitution, she traced the journey of Article 21, its evolution and the role it plays in shaping human dignity. The enlightening discussion explored the various dimensions of the right to life and personal liberty and how it forms the cornerstone of Indian Constitutional Law.
