Rahul Singh completed his undergraduate degree in B.A. LL.B (Hons.) from Amity University, Lucknow Campus in 2019, followed by a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Commercial Law from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom in 2020. Since 2021, he has been actively engaged in the practice of litigation, acquiring substantial experience across a wide range of legal matters. In 2024, Rahul, joined our esteemed chambers, where his practice primarily encompasses service law, real estate disputes, and family matters, among other areas. Ms. Sukhmani Sandhu, is an advocate associated with PB&MT Associates since 2024. A graduate of the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES), Dehradun, with an integrated B.Com LLB (Hons.) degree. Gagan Katyaayan is a committed legal professional with strong academic credentials and extensive practical experience in Indian law. He earned his degree in B.A.LLB (Hons) from KIIT University, Orissa in 2018 and completed his LLM from Lucknow University in 2020, establishing a solid educational foundation for his legal career. Since 2018, Gagan is practicing law at PB&MT Associates LLP, where he handles a broad spectrum of cases, including those involving the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), sugar appeals, consumer disputes, and a variety of civil matters.
