Rahul Singh completed his undergraduate degree in B.A. LL.B (Hons.) from Amity University, Lucknow Campus in 2019, followed by a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Commercial Law from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom in 2020. Since 2021, he has been actively engaged in the practice of litigation, acquiring substantial experience across a wide range of legal matters. In 2024, Rahul, joined our esteemed chambers, where his practice primarily encompasses service law, real estate disputes, and family matters, among other areas. His professional trajectory reflects a strong academic foundation combined with significant practical exposure, enabling him to effectively represent and advise clients across diverse fields of law.
Ms. Sukhmani Sandhu, an advocate with nearly five years of practice, has been with PB&MT Associates since July 2024. A graduate of the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES), Dehradun, with an integrated B.Com LLB (Hons.) degree. Ms. Sandhu has practised before various Tribunals, District Courts, and Hon’ble High Courts, handling a wide range of criminal, civil, and advisory matters. She brings to the firm a well-rounded practice shaped by diverse litigation exposure.
Shriya Ojha is an Advocate who began her practice with PB&MT in 2024, primarily focusing on civil matters. A graduate of Miranda House, Delhi University (B.A.), and the Faculty of Law, Delhi University (LL.B.), she brings strong academic training to her practice. With an academic orientation, Shriya combines meticulous research with practical advocacy to deliver clear, effective, and client-focused solutions. She also has a keen interest in legal writing and research, which continually informs and strengthens her practice.
